Innsbruck: Umbruggler Alm in Austria organized a Nepali Dinner Fest in its hut on 30 August to promote Nepali culture and Nepal among locals and international guests there.
Phurba Tenjing Sherpa, 14 times Everest Summiteer and Guinness Record Holder, shared his experiences about the beauty of Himalayas, mountaineering and life of Sherpa people in Nepal . "People travel all over the world for peace of mind. Even Nepalese travels far far away to seek nature's creation, for example switzerland. But if you ask me, I will go to my own village Rolwaling, not because I was born there, because it has everything for tourism. It is the best place for skiing, rock-ice-peak climbing, paragliding, simpler to harder level trekking, sight seeing, research and meditation.", he said.
Josef Einwaller, acclaimed mountaineering, added that Rolwaling though at present is not very popular, is future for Tourism in that region because of its authenticity, potential and freshness inviting all participants to visit Nepal in 2020 for lifetime experiences and added, "Well, I am going to Nepal this October for my 33 times, yet, it is not enough for me".
Morethan 300 guests enjoyed Nepali daal bhaat together with momo.
