1. DOWN PAYMENT:-

30% down payment is required in advance 3 months earlier as per the company policy to secure place in the group.

3. PAYMENT OF THE BALANCE:-

The payment for the outstanding balance of your trip is due for 6 weeks prior to your departure date. If you choose to settle your outstanding balance by credit card, a handling charge of 3% on the balance will made. There is no handling charge for payment by cheque or bank transfer.

4. LAST MINUTE BOOKING:-

We accept your last minute booking with 50% to 100% payment, a month prior to starting the trip.

5. REFUND:-

Notification has to be given in advance if anyone would like to cancel the trip with Dreamers Destination Treks and Expedition.

In case of advance payment and full payment, DD trek  impose cancellation charge as advised below: -

-60 days before departure: 10%

-30 days before departure: 25%

-15 days before departure: 50%

-2 to 3 days before departure: 75%

6. SUPPLEMENT CHARGE:-

We provide rooms or tents in twin sharing basis. Thus, single room supplement charge will be imposed to client who does not have another tour participant to share room / tent with. For expedition, we provide luxurious big tent at base camp.

7. INCOMPLETE TOUR:-

In case the client drops out from the journey of climbing or trekking then no refund shall be made.

8. AMENDMENT IN TIME AND COST:-

In case our clients like to change the time of trekking or climbing booked previously then DD trek negotiate according to the season and cost regarding trip.

9. CLIENTS' RESPONSIBILITIES:-

DD treks will provide full authority to our guide during the trekking or climbing period. So if you commit any unlawful and unethical act which is against the DD Trek rules and regulation, you are compelled to leave the tour. No refund will be made in such case.

Some of the examples;

  • All the clients should follow the rules imposed by Government.
  • Clients are not allowed to carry illegal things.
  • No clients are supposed to fight in the camp.
  • There should be good relationship between clients and DD Trek staffs team. But they should maintain the  boundaries. 

10. TRAVEL INSURANCE:-

The Nepal Government Act 2053 does not allow the purchase of  insurance in favor of foreign people so  client must purchase comprehensive travel insurance package against medical, natural calamity, helicopter evacuation, personal accident, trip cancellation etc from their respective countries.

11. PAPERS AND DOCUMENTS:-

Everyone has to present all the required documents in sequential order  for example to issue visa, necessary permits etc. We won't be responsible in case of any trip formality is not completed due to client's own delay or mistake. Essential papers and documents from client’s side should be submitted on time.

  1. Passport-PP Copy            B. PP sized picture (Half Picture).  Both can be sent by scanning the document.

Other documents are asked as per needed.

12. RISK AND RESPONSIBILITY AND CONDITION:-

Sometimes we may need to face uncertain and inherent circumstances such as avalanche, land-slides, road blockage, flood, political unrest, cancellation of flight, delay arrival, sickness or accidents etc. In such cases, both the parties have to understand and negotiate accordingly.
